Muted mineral greens meet desert red in this first response to Fowlers Gap. Working en plein air, I mixed on-site pigments into a series of watercolour studies that register the shift from coastal humidity to arid clarity. The collection records early adaptation: colour gathered, tested, and held in concentrated washes.
